Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries promptly
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
Assist with additional front-of-house tasks as needed to support the team
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus
