Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reporting packages that clearly communicate the Customer Growth Marketing team’s campaign performance, forecast accuracy, and key trends to partners and senior leadership
Collaborate cross functionally with teams across Investment Optimization, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing to ensure alignment, data consistency, and timely delivery of business-critical reporting
Analyze performance drivers and enhance key metrics to improve understanding of campaign effectiveness, investment efficiency, and forecasting accuracy
Transform complex data into actionable insights by identifying opportunities, uncovering performance risks, and developing recommendations that influence marketing strategy and decision-making
Continuously improve reporting processes by standardizing methodologies, automating recurring analyses, and implementing best practices

Required

Proven experience working with large and complex datasets and developing insights that inform business decisions
Strong proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel and data query languages (BigQuery, Hadoop)
Demonstrated ability to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple systems and sources
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate analytical findings into meaningful recommendations
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering across multiple teams
Creative problem solver with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive solutions forward
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively and compliantly

Preferred

Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working with internal programs such as Liberty/TM1, and Smartbuy
Familiarity with marketing analytics, campaign performance measurement, and forecasting methodologies
