Responsibilities

Engage with domain experts to understand business challenges, identify data-driven opportunities and enhance decision-making and employee engagement

Extract, analyze and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data for ad hoc reporting and data analysis

Collaborate with internal teams to review feedback and insights, recommend changes for implementation, and action on those that deliver a positive, consistent, and seamless employee experience

Effectively manage active projects to help ensure that all engagements are delivered at or above stakeholder expectations

Help develop change management KPIs, track and report on adoption metrics, and change effectiveness to leadership

Schedule and maintain trending reports and alerts to key business stakeholders that are ultimately responsible for addressing business initiatives

Facilitate process mapping, standardize processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
