Responsibilities
Managing shipping and billing documentation
Addressing client inquiries
Resolving equipment issues
Performing receiving activities
Lifting and stocking inventory
Rotating items
Maintaining clean workspaces
Ensuring accurate data entry aligned with shipping workflows
Engaging with customers professionally
Managing calendars
Organizing files
Ordering supplies
Generating documents
Handling confidential information with discretion
Communicating clearly and working effectively within a team environment
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to follow procedures, accept supervisory coaching, and operate general office equipment
Preferred
Two or more years of experience with accounts receivable and payable
Experience generating reports, presentations, or technical documentation
Ability to file, alphabetize, and sort materials with accuracy
Familiarity with inventory and receiving systems
Ability to learn new software systems and apply technical concepts
