Responsibilities
Train directly under top‑producing mortgage bankers and leadership—learn real sales tactics with hands‑on coaching
Work warm leads from multiple referral and marketing sources; master the CRM and loan origination systems
Guide clients through loan options and the approval process while delivering top‑tier service to customers and referral partners
Compete, collaborate, and grow—participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven culture
Qualification
Required
No mortgage experience required —you'll be trained and company‑sponsored for licensing (NMLS SAFE exam)
Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission‑based experience
Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people; excellent phone, written, and in‑person communication
Organized, proactive, and a problem‑solver who thrives in high‑expectation environments and wants to earn big, not just clock in
