Responsibilities
Invoicing and document completion, confirming with field locations that vehicles are ready for pickup, collecting payments and providing customer assistance
Obtaining signed documents from customer
Entering sales related information into SalesForce.com and Fleetnet system
Answering customer and associate phone calls that come into the department
Updating Microsoft Access and excel spreadsheets for report generation
Qualification
Required
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed requires strong organizational abilities
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication is crucial for interacting with customers, sales reps, and field locations
Time Management: Balancing various responsibilities and meeting deadlines demands good time management skills
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software is important for maintaining records and generating reports
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in invoicing and document completion is vital
Adaptability: Being able to handle a high workload and adapt to changing priorities is necessary
