Program Director, Operational Planning
Children's Health is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children. The Program Director, Operational Planning is responsible for overseeing project management and onboarding of acquisitions into the Children's Health Medical Group, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful integration of clinics into the health system.

Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing acquisition onboarding into the system
Leads cross functional workgroups consisting of representatives from various departments in order to ensure a smooth and successful integration of clinics into our health system
Fosters consistency, quality and continuous improvement of the team's services and tools
Develops and publishes dashboards and delivers presentations on program and project status, metrics and roadmaps
Maintains understanding of current progress toward goals, implementation challenges, and develops comprehensive solutions to address them
Provides for the orientation, training, continuing education and development of staff, as needed
Demonstrates commitment to personal development and training and conducts project management training among staff, project teams and partners
Manages program and/or project life cycle including commitment requests, initiation, planning, execution and close-out
Demonstrates effectiveness in leadership through broad collaborative skills, deliberate decision-making and effective delegation and follow-up
Builds the necessary partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective teamwork, collaboration and commitment across several disparate groups
Maintains and communicates current knowledge of project management best practices and industry trends
Acts as a neutral arbiter and help resolve disputes or disagreements in direction among working groups
Effectively communicates the vision, purpose and value of the Children’s Health Medical Group to various internal and external stakeholders
Reviews and interprets data to communicate needs, opportunities and results
Works independently, exercises appropriate action and good business judgment
Comfortably adjusts to change and ambiguity
Manages multiple priorities, organizes tasks and maintains control of workflow
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years experience in business management, and/or project management and program management, with at least 3 years of experience in management of a large, complex program
Project management experience with demonstrated success in leading teams, and meeting strategic goals
Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
