Administrative Assistant
Super Hire Staff is assisting its client in hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing emails, calls, and scheduling
Organize digital files, maintain records, and manage documentation across systems
Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and basic correspondence
Support data entry tasks and update internal databases as needed
Conduct online research and prepare summaries or insights when required
Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and workflow organization
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace
