Mid, Senior LevelRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to serve as a Scrum Master for two cross-functional Agile teams. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members and stakeholders, and promoting Agile best practices while tracking team metrics and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for two cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Act as a coach and mentor to team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders to promote Agile best practices
Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating as necessary
Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive transparency and improvement
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
Coordinate dependencies and align delivery across both teams
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
Promote Agile maturity and innovation across the organization
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams
Understanding of Agile metrics and reporting tools
Exposure to Agile transformation initiatives
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP
Background in software development or technical project management
Knowledge of Lean principles, Design Thinking, or Scaled Agile frameworks
Experience in change management or organizational development
Preferred
CICD Build & Deployment tools Agile experience
