Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide daily supervision to all assigned
HCSC ACSR's and support all aspects of Service to the assigned territories
Manage assigned ACSR's to accomplish positive outcomes for Accounts Receivable, Contract Renewals and Inventory
Ensure program growth and stability
Manage assigned ACSR's to promote customer relationship/ retention, potentiates Product Sales, and Sales Leads
Conducts his/ herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times
Supervise, organize and facilitate the movement of inventory between HCSC and customer location via ACSR's
Adheres to all HCSC and the Health Care Institution policies and procedures
Maintains privacy and confidentiality and adheres to all federal, state & local regulations
Must be available to work 4:00am -6:00pm
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Time Management Skills
Flexible, team player, problem solver
Ability to work with minimal supervision and under time constraints
High level of accuracy, neatness of work product necessary
Valid Driver's License
26 ft Box Truck driving experience
3 years Supervisory/ Management Experience
Retail Customer Service Experience
Retail Customer Sales Experience
Preferred
Associates/Bachelor Degree
