Responsibilities
Support homeowners via email, chat, and overflow phone calls—researching inquiries and resolving issues within SLAs
Address questions related to accounts, payments, loan transfers, escrow (insurance/taxes), and transaction‑related discrepancies
Partner with multiple internal teams to deliver fast, accurate resolutions while meeting contact center performance metrics
Qualification
Required

Problem-solving skills
Ability to support homeowners via email, chat, and phone calls
Researching inquiries and resolving issues within SLAs
