Set the vision, strategy, and execution plan for sales growth
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
Drive revenue targets through pipeline management and effective forecasting
Build and manage key strategic client relationships and negotiations
Partner with marketing on demand generation and go-to-market initiatives
Represent FSS at major industry conferences and events
Build FSS pipeline through phone calls, networking, and attending conferences and events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
Track record in SaaS B2B sales, ideally in legal or banking tech
Experience managing sales teams and influencing C-level executives
Proven expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and closing enterprise deals
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
