Inside Sales Executive

Ergo-Flex Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities which includes sales calls, presentations, and closed deals
Participate in trade shows to showcase our products and services and form new connections
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques
Present our equipment to potential customers through detailed product demonstrations, highlighting the distinctive features and benefits
Stay up-to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Deliver precise and timely reports to the sales manager regarding sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the Go High Level CRM system
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends

Required

Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the chiropractic or medical industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed
Proficient in using a CRM Software and Microsoft Suite
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
