Responsibilities
Perform routine operational support tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Support day‑to‑day operations within established procedures and controls
Identify ways to improve your individual work processes while adhering to guidelines
Receive direction and guidance from supervisors; escalate issues as needed
Interact with client personnel to provide basic information and support
Maintain consistency, compliance, and operational quality across assigned tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months of Operations support experience, demonstrated through one or more of the following: Professional work experience, Consulting experience, Military service, Training or certification, Education
Financial planning experience
Familiarity with E‑Money financial planning software
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability
Ability to follow structured procedures and workflows
Preferred
Experience in financial services or operations
Basic understanding of accounting processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
