Responsibilities

Lead and manage the FP&A group, driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Partner with the CFO to deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations
Consolidate and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and drivers
Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages
Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Qualification

FP&A leadershipFinancial analysisBudgetingForecastingManufacturing experienceExecutive communication

Required

Strong background as an FP&A leader (Advanced Director / Sr. Director / VP-level candidates welcome)
Proven track record in manufacturing or related industries preferred
Hands-on leadership style – comfortable managing both detail and strategy
Excellent communication and executive presence to interface with C-suite
Availability to start immediately (next week)
