Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with potential clients
Identify client needs and provide solutions
Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Track client trends and report to management
Proactively provide regular status updates on client accounts
Respond to client inquiries, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients
Advocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field
Demonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary
Dedicated to achieving excellence - consistently performs duties at the highest level
Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
Proficient engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, including C-level executives
Shows professional and suitable demeanor when handling sensitive information
Collaborative and works effectively within a team environment
Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable reporting and presenting information
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
A track record of following through on commitments
Preferred
Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
