This full-time role blends relationship-based sales and customer service with scheduling and administrative support, focusing on building relationships and generating new opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Support Burgess Inspections' growth by proactively building relationships and generating new opportunities
Make lead generation calls, connect with prospective partners and clients, attend networking events, and help communicate the value of our inspection services
Collaborate with our marketing team to support lead generation efforts and keep relationships strong through consistent follow-up and communication
Coordinate and schedule home inspections with accuracy and professionalism, managing the inspection calendar and communicating with clients to find appointment times that work
Ensure any updates or changes are handled quickly and clearly, serving as a helpful point of contact for scheduling questions and general service inquiries
Assist with administrative support as needed, including data entry, record keeping, and helping improve processes to keep the team running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Enjoys being on the phone and is comfortable making lead generation calls
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training is a plus)

Preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
