Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing projects across multiple clients in multiple industries

Create project plans, timelines, and task assignments using project management tools (Monday.com)

Track progress and proactively mitigate any roadblocks or bottlenecks

Ensure client deliverables meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards

Participate in client meetings to document needs, provide project updates, and set clear expectations

Maintain version control of marketing assets, ensuring final approvals and file delivery

Undertake special projects as needed, such as case study development, vendor research, or workflow process improvements

Coordinate with third-party vendors, media execution partners, and freelancers

Required
