Responsibilities
Lead the entire restaurant team with positivity, accountability, and care
Manage daily operations, from opening and closing to guest relations
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and shift flow to ensure smooth service
Support kitchen coordination, food quality, and presentation
Manage bar operations, liquor inventory, and cocktail menus
Help plan and execute catering orders and special events
Coach and develop team members, and help grow our next generation of leaders
Work closely with Jose and Tumara to implement systems, events, and promotions that keep Joselito’s fresh, fun, and thriving
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of restaurant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong people skills and a natural talent for creating great guest experiences
Comfortable taking charge, but humble enough to learn and collaborate
Organized, dependable, and cool under pressure
Familiarity with bar service, liquor inventory, and cocktail menus
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish
CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS/ABC) certification is a plus (or willingness to get it)
Experience with POS systems (Toast is a plus)
