Customer Journey Guru: Own the entire customer delivery lifecycle from initial kick-off to go-live, ensuring sky-high satisfaction and rapid time-to-value
Playbook Creator Extraordinaire: Design, refine, and evangelize playbooks, templates, and KPIs that make consistency and predictability our middle names
Cross-Functional Diplomat: Team up with Product and Engineering to align customer goals with our cutting-edge capabilities and future roadmap
Risk Whisperer: Spot potential hiccups early, communicate like a pro, and manage change with empathy and precision. No surprises, just smooth sailing!

Qualification
Required
10+ years of G.O.A.T. Experience: You've rocked it in healthcare consulting, implementation, or client delivery leadership
Healthcare Ops Whisperer: Deep, nuanced understanding of healthcare operations – how payers and providers tick, and how data grooves between them
Deployment Dynamo: Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments (bonus points if you've done this in health tech or SaaS – we love bonus points!)
Tech Translator: Strong grasp of technical concepts like APIs, integrations, HL7/FHIR, data workflows, and interoperability
C-Suite Charmer: Exceptional communication and executive presence – you can hold your own and inspire confidence with C-level clients
Project Management Ninja: Skilled in project and program management (PMP, Lean Six Sigma a plus! You're practically a superhero!)
Scaling Sorcerer: Adept at scaling processes, teams, and systems to support explosive growth
Mentor Maverick: A natural leader who thrives on developing others in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Preferred
You've launched healthcare AI or automation products at scale
Consulting experience with an Accenture, Bain, BCG, E&Y or Huron environment
