Responsibilities
Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs advanced data analysis, effectively communicating and directing analysis output
Process Mapping: designs, maps, and communicates new processes engaging multiple stakeholders working to improve team practices with automation of manual practices
Identifying Objectives - Determines business needs through complex analysis and reporting. Develops strategies to achieve company and department goals, and communicates these through the use of specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation
Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting
Preferred
Experience with data analysis, data visualization tools (Tableau preferred), SQL, and financial institution specific data
Proficiency in process mapping with Visio
Strong background in agile methodology with expertise in Jira. Mural experience is a plus
Effective in soliciting requirements from various stakeholders and documenting/translating those to initiatives, features, epics, stories
Experience with financial institution applications and services specific to Treasury Management Services or Cash Management functions
Willing to travel to Raleigh for meetings and team meetings
