Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of family law matters (including divorce, custody, support, and related issues)
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Maintain organized and timely case management

Qualification

Active Utah State Bar licenseFamily law experienceAdvocacy skillsCommunication skillsOrganization skills

Required

Active license and good standing with the Utah State Bar
Strong communication, organization, and advocacy skills
Ability to work in person at our Murray office

Preferred

Family law experience preferred
