Conduct regular market audits at distributor, depot, and retailer levels to assess adherence to company policies, procedures and controls
Perform physical stock verification at distributor and depot locations to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile variances
Identify, analyze and report discrepancies, non-compliance issues, leakages and unethical practices within sales and distribution operations
Prepare clear and concise audit reports outlining observations, risks, root causes and actionable recommendations
Coordinate closely with Sales teams and Central Audit teams to communicate audit findings and support implementation of corrective actions
Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely closure, effectiveness of corrective measures and sustained compliance
Qualification
