Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Service and grow new and existing customer base while identifying new prospects
Develop and execute a territory call cycle to maximize customer engagement
Schedule and conduct sales appointments, lunch-and-learns, and chairside product evaluations
Enroll customers in educational programs to support product adoption
Provide clinical support and product demonstrations
Work closely with field sales representatives to promote cross-platform solutions
Attend trade shows, society meetings, and clinical education events
Analyze customer sales metrics to identify expansion opportunities
Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and competitive activity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Applicants must be located in the western region of the United States
3–5 years of sales experience in dental, preferably in orthodontic fields
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to travel within assigned territory and occasionally nationally
