Identifying customers’ needs, respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, billing, returns, and services
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy ensuring first call resolution (FCR)
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively, coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounts, and service teams to resolve customer issues
Follow up customer calls wherever necessary
Qualification
Required
Graduate with no work experience OR Undergraduate with at least 6 months experience
Basic Knowledge of computer usage like how to browse Internet and operate applications, MS Office applications like Word and Excel
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus)
Strong customer handling skills with patience, empathy, and problem-solving attitude
Typing test 22 WPM with 90% Accuracy
