Gather and summarize data from multiple systems using complex SQL queries and Microsoft Access
Manage day-to-day operations for federal reporting systems and internal project information tools
Design data analysis frameworks to identify and report trends for strategic communications and advocacy
Provide technical assistance and training to over 500 academic users and campus partners
Collaborate with IT and administrative staff to develop and test enhancements for data collection systems
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in writing complex queries using SQL in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Experience managing large-scale information systems and performing data categorization
Ability to interpret complex data and present results through reports, charts, and visual aids
Strong communication skills for liaising with Deans' Offices and federal agencies like the USDA
Technical expertise in system testing and providing user support across a statewide network
