The Social Media & Content Creation Intern will play a key role in shaping the brand's digital presence by managing content calendars, developing engaging content, and fostering community growth across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities
Create and manage content calendars across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn
Develop engaging short-form video, image, and text-based content aligned with brand voice and visual identity
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce and publish on-brand content
Create, edit, and publish visual assets using tools such as CapCut, Vidma, and similar platforms
Build artist-specific album and promotional rollout calendars
Support email marketing campaigns, templates, and communications in collaboration with brand and website teams
Experiment with AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technologies
Monitor and engage with online communities and fanbases across social platforms
Foster brand loyalty through consistent interaction with fans, advocates, and influencers
Support social growth initiatives with a goal of increasing overall following by at least 10%
Track trends, platform updates, and cultural moments relevant to our audience
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, and leadership teams to ideate, execute, and maintain consistent, on-brand content across all platforms
Qualification
Required
Current Junior or Senior student in a design, marketing, communications, or related field (not limited to Purchase College; must be eligible to receive academic credit)
At least 1 year of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or social growth
Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, culture, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Facebook, and similar platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, or comparable collaboration platforms
Self-starter who is proactive, organized, and comfortable making creative suggestions
Preferred
Independent artist experience or strong interest
Knowledge of the music industry
Experience in music, live events, or performance-based creative spaces
Passion for music, culture, and live experiences
