New & Used Car Sales Manager
Drive Garvey Nissan is a top-performing Nissan dealer seeking a high-energy, motivated New & Used Sales Manager to lead their sales team. The role involves managing a team, hitting sales targets, and overseeing the sales pipeline while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities
Managing, motivating, and training a goal-oriented sales team to exceed performance standards
Hitting monthly sales targets and maximizing sales bonuses
Working directly with Nissan corporate to achieve Nissan Rewards and incentives
Overseeing the sales pipeline, managing inventory, and utilizing CRM software to track progress
Assisting associates with closing deals, structuring financing, and performing retail math to ensure profitability
Qualification
Required
Proven dealership experience in automotive sales (Management experience preferred)
Strong public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and proficiency in retail math
Demonstrated ability in retail and outbound sales with a focus on customer service
Must be able to commute to or relocate to Rutland, VT 05701 (Required)
