Paid Ads Specialist

The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing paid acquisition and retargeting campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on day-to-day campaign performance and working closely with the Head of E-commerce.

Retail

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and other search or paid social platforms
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns, including cart abandonment and site visitor audiences, to drive conversions and repeat purchases
Oversee PPC campaign setup and optimization, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and budget pacing
Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-informed adjustments to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
Collaborate closely with the Head of E-commerce to ensure campaigns align with overall strategy, methodology, and brand guidelines
Partner with creative and merchandising teams to align ad creative, messaging, and offers with product priorities and promotions
Analyze performance data and prepare clear reporting on results, insights, and optimization opportunities
Support ongoing testing initiatives across creative, audiences, placements, and formats
Stay current on platform updates and best practices, applying learnings within a structured and consistent approach

Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and at least one additional platform (e.g., TikTok, Bing)
Strong working knowledge of paid social and paid search platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring
Comfortable interpreting performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate, and using data to guide optimizations
Experience with ad platforms, Google Analytics, and a working understanding of tracking pixels, attribution, and audience setup
Must have experience with monthly ad spend of at least $200K+
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable working cross-functionally and taking direction while contributing thoughtful recommendations

Preferred

Experience supporting e-commerce or DTC Shopify brands
