Business Development Representative

Braincube is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive their ABM-aligned top-of-funnel engine. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality pipelines for new logo growth through strategic outbound prospecting and collaboration with Marketing.

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and tailored sequences to engage key stakeholders in target enterprise accounts
Conduct deep research on target accounts and personas to deliver highly personalized outreach that increases relevance and response rates
Partner with Marketing to follow up on ABM-warmed accounts and contacts, converting engagement signals into qualified pipeline
Qualify inbound leads as needed, applying defined criteria to ensure all SQLs meet sales-accepted standards
Book high-quality discovery and intro meetings for the Sales team
Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking and documentation across active accounts and sequences
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, align ABM plays, and optimize outbound performance
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS outbound prospecting
Proven ability to deliver high-quality SQLs consistently both from outbound efforts and ABM-engaged accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft personalized, account-specific outreach
Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex organizations, identify key stakeholders, and multithread effectively
Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage outreach across multiple high-value accounts
Ability to collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to align outreach with ABM plays and account strategies
Ability to manage a large volume of outreach and multitask effectively
Experience with SalesForce and sales engagement tools
