Responsibilities

Build and manage a community and partnerships program across Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, and emerging platforms

Proactively identify opportunities, test new ideas, and start initiatives independently

Recruit and nurture long-term, mission-aligned creators, affiliates, and reader partners

Leverage native creator and affiliate tools (e.g., TikTok Shop Affiliate, Amazon creator programs, Shopify Collabs) alongside off-platform relationship management

Coordinate launches, gifting, campaigns, and review initiatives across all three brands

Track and report performance and optimize for conversion and growth

Collaborate with marketing on launches and email marketing initiatives (bonus)

Required
