Responsibilities
Lead the design, launch, and operational management of the Company’s locksmith and metalwork service line in South Florida
Implement European-developed locksmith methodologies focused on rapid emergency response, precision installation, and long-term system reliability
Establish technical standards for high-security locking systems, emergency interventions, and metal fabrication projects
Supervise, train, and evaluate U.S.-based technicians and subcontractors using proprietary workflows and procedures developed through professional practice in France
Oversee complex locksmith operations, including emergency lockouts, high-security installations, and custom metalwork solutions
Adapt French operational models to U.S. regulatory, safety, and market conditions while preserving technical integrity
Serve as the Company’s principal technical authority on locksmithing, security systems, and metal fabrication
Support business development by advising ownership on service pricing, service bundling, and operational scalability
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience in locksmithing and metalwork, including emergency services and security system installations
Prior experience serving as a Managing Director, Owner, or Senior Operations Manager of a locksmith and/or metalwork business
Formal vocational certification in locksmithing and metalwork (such as a European CAP or equivalent trade qualification)
Demonstrated expertise in European locksmith and security standards, including high-precision lock installation, emergency intervention protocols, and integrated metalwork solutions
Proven experience developing and implementing operational procedures and technical standards within a professional locksmith environment
Ability to train and supervise technicians in advanced locksmith techniques and metal fabrication methods
Hands-on experience coordinating client-facing technical projects and managing customer relationships in time-sensitive environments
Professional proficiency in French and working knowledge of English sufficient for technical and operational communication
