Qualification
Required
Strong Communication skills, with proficiency in verbal and written correspondence to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and vendors
Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management, including coordinating logistics, timelines, and event execution
Proven experience in Budgeting and Budget Management to oversee financial planning and ensure cost-effectiveness
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple events simultaneously
Proficiency in technology and event management tools; familiarity with arts and cultural event coordination is a plus
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in non-profit or arts organizations is an asset
