Responsibilities
Design end-to-end UI/UX flows in Figma
Create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and prototypes
Define spacing, typography, colour, and component behavior
Translate Figma designs into Flutter UI code
Work with Flutter widgets, layouts, and theming
Ensure design consistency across the app
Iterate designs based on product and user feedback
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Strong UI/UX design experience for mobile apps
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants)
Practical experience building UI in Flutter
Solid understanding of usability and interaction design
Ability to think in constraints, not just visuals
Startup mindset: ownership, speed, adaptability
Preferred
Experience designing consumer or social apps
Familiarity with design systems
Experience with animations or micro-interactions in Flutter
