Paralegal
McNally & Bellino, LLC is a busy boutique law firm seeking a litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload, draft and file legal documents, coordinate discovery processes, and serve as a primary contact for clients and counsel.

Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload, including docketing, calendaring critical deadlines, and monitoring case progress from inception through resolution
Draft, review, and electronically file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and subpoenas, ensuring compliance with the specific procedural rules of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York courts
Coordinate all aspects of the discovery process, including the management of large-scale document productions and e-discovery workflows
Conduct legal research and factual investigations using resources such as Decisis and public records databases
Prepare for depositions, hearings and mediations/arbitrations and prepare for, attend and assist at trials including preparation of trial binders, exhibit lists, and PowerPoint presentations
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, experts, and opposing counsel, maintaining professional and effective communication
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
Minimum of 3–5 years of paralegal experience in a litigation setting
Demonstrable experience and procedural fluency in the State & Federal Courts of NJ, PA, & NY is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software (e.g., Clio)
Strong communication and writing skills
Strong work ethic paired with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and circumstances
