They are seeking a Commercial HVAC Outside Sales professional specializing in chillers, VRF, and RTUs to manage and grow relationships with mechanical contractors, general contractors, and developers, while identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to grow regional business.

Responsibilities

Identifying and developing project opportunities
Working with engineers on equipment selection and specifications
Supporting contractors through bidding, submittals, and awards
Negotiating pricing and closing equipment packages
Managing accounts from quoting through shipment and payment

Required

5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical equipment sales experience
Experience selling or supporting chillers, VRF, RTUs, or major HVAC equipment
Existing relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, or GCs
Strong understanding of how commercial HVAC projects are quoted, awarded, and delivered
Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple projects at once
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Mechanical Engineering Background
Ability to work on-site and travel locally as required
