Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, systems, and networks
Provide day-to-day IT support for office and warehouse operations
Administer networking components such as LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and firewalls
Manage cloud services, email platforms, and data storage solutions
Ensure system security, backups, patching, monitoring, and disaster recovery
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset tracking, and system records
Support IT-related projects and infrastructure improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Workspace)
Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
