Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the best match for client requirements
Developing and implementing effective staffing strategies tailored to client needs and market conditions
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
Monitoring industry trends and maintaining knowledge of current employment practices to provide innovative solutions
Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards
Regular reporting on recruitment metrics, client feedback, and market insights
Participating in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network and stay abreast of emerging trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Good understanding of labor laws, employment standards, and industry best practices
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Proactive attitude

Ability to work independently
