Oversee and supervise the case work performed by legal assistants/paralegals
Qualification
Required
Must be admitted to MA Bar
Must be able to work independently and handle caseload
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including WORD and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Must be professional with excellent work ethic
Must be an enthusiastic team player with attention to detail and drive to obtain the best results for clients
Ideal candidate must be proficient producing their own work product, scanning and editing/assembling PDF documents and entering case notes in CRM
Position may involve some driving for Court/DIA appearances
Associate Attorney will oversee and supervise the case work performed by legal assistants/paralegals
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish
1-3 years' experience in MA MVA Tort Claims and/or Workers Comp
Relevant experience working as a paralegal, law clerk or insurance claims adjuster
