Relationship Management: Strengthen partnerships with clients and stakeholders
Strategic Planning: Design and implement growth strategies for new markets
Sales Execution: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches
Attend industry events and represent the company professionally
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals with measurable KPIs
Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitors, and client needs
Collaboration: Align efforts with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
Reporting: Track performance, manage CRM, and present reports to leadership

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience in managing and growing sales teams
Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism
