Run finance deals start to finish for RV, marine, and powersports dealers
Pull credit, structure deals, submit to lenders, and get them funded
Rework deals until they approve
Present menus and sell backend products compliantly
Produce closing docs and push deals across the finish line
Communicate clearly with dealers and customers
Protect funding, reserve, and compliance at all times
Qualification
Required
Proven F&I / Finance Manager experience (no trainees)
Strong credit, lender, and deal-structuring skills
Ability to manage volume without excuses
Comfort working remote, fast, and independently
Professional communication and accountability
