Design
Responsibilities
Build a brand from the ground floor, crafting new logos, icons, font standards, graphic standards, mood boards and all elements of great design
Develop design directions and execution of production for digital and print graphics
Work collaboratively within a team environment to develop and deliver design projects
Support the creative team to complete high-quality projects on time and within budget
We are a small team. You will have a chance to meet and work in a supervised setting directly with clients. Your positive energy and clear communication skills are key
Qualification
Required
A degree in Graphic Design (or comparable) from accredited design school
Two to five years of design experience; cross-media
Strong design and illustration capabilities with the ability to work in a team environment
Strong working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
UI/UX Tools: Prior experience using Figma, AdobeXD, or similar prototyping tools
General Software: proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & MacOS
Ability to continuously assist in improving UX and UI process
Preferred
Digital and video skills is a plus (HTML5/CSS/Dreamweaver/Premier/AfterEffects)
Desired/Plus: Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Constant Contact and other Marketing Platforms
