Responsibilities

Assist with setting up and monitoring livestream sessions
Support hosts by arranging livestream scenes and product displays for optimal presentation
Engage with viewers in a professional and interactive manner
Collect and analyze livestream performance data to provide insights for optimization
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve livestream processes
Learn and adapt quickly to new workflows and technical requirements

Required

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively

Knowledge of live-streaming platforms/software preferred
Current student or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Mandarin and English proficiency to support cross-team communication and audience engagement
Ability to maintain an engaging on-camera presence during livestream sessions
Creative sense for product presentation and visual arrangement
