Investment Banking
Responsibilities
Support financial modeling (DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions)
Assist in preparing institutional-grade pitchbooks, teasers, and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
Conduct industry and company research across multiple international sectors
Analyze financial statements and earnings reports for mid-market firms
Support the administration of virtual data rooms and due diligence for live multimillion-pound transactions
Contribute to investment memos and internal briefs used by senior dealmakers
Assist with investor outreach research and strategic buyer mapping
Qualification
Required
Are pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields
Have a strong interest in investment banking, M&A, or private equity
Are analytical, detail-oriented, and possess an 'Extreme Ownership' mindset
Are ambitious, driven, and eager to learn in a high-performance environment
Are comfortable communicating professionally in a remote, global setting
Preferred
Have previous experience or proficiency in building Decks, Teasers, and Financial Models
