Responsibilities

Support financial modeling (DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions)
Assist in preparing institutional-grade pitchbooks, teasers, and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
Conduct industry and company research across multiple international sectors
Analyze financial statements and earnings reports for mid-market firms
Support the administration of virtual data rooms and due diligence for live multimillion-pound transactions
Contribute to investment memos and internal briefs used by senior dealmakers
Assist with investor outreach research and strategic buyer mapping

Required
