Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in construction, engineering, or a related field
Strong computer and Excel skills
Interest in heavy civil construction and willingness to learn earthwork and underground utility operations
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must have ability to work 50 hrs per week
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Exposure to or experience with HeavyBid, AGTEK, Civil 3D or similar software
Familiarity with construction documents, plans, and specifications
Prior internship or construction experience
