Responsibilities
Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements, organizational culture, and project needs
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster ongoing partnerships
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to optimize recruitment strategies
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver results within tight deadlines is critical
Candidates should also possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities
Preferred
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is highly preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is advantageous
