Source and deliver cash-flowing rental properties across targeted Midwest markets
Actively hunt for acquisition opportunities—especially tenant-in-place single-family homes
Bring qualified deals to close
Qualification
Required
Experience sourcing single-family rental acquisitions or investment properties
Strong understanding of rental underwriting, cash-flow analysis, and return metrics
Knowledge of local rental markets and tenant demand within assigned city
Proven self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to independently source, evaluate, and deliver investment-grade deals
Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-through skills
Comfortable working on performance-based compensation
Reliable transportation for property visits

Existing network of landlords, property managers, or deal sources
Real estate license preferred but not required (market-dependent)
