Talent Agent
Responsibilities
Manage projects from inquiry through booking and execution
Build strong relationships with talent on our roster
Create talent notices and curated pick lists
Submit and advocate for talent to casting and clients
Serve as the main point of contact for talent and clients
Field questions, resolve issues, and manage logistics
Negotiate contracts and booking terms
Coordinate schedules, availability, and confirmations
Market talent to secure bookings
Utilize social media marketing as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-starter with initiative and follow-through
Advanced Google Suite skills (Non-negotiable)
Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar
Comfortable learning new systems and platforms
Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Calm and efficient under pressure
Team-oriented, collaborative, and solutions-focused
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Entertainment industry experience a major plus
Familiarity with casting platforms (Casting Networks, Actors Access, etc.) is helpful
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment
Flexible availability to meet industry timelines
