Responsibilities
Greet new leads, answer questions, and convert visitors into members
Present membership options clearly and confidently
Follow up with leads via phone/text/email
Schedule and confirm intro classes / trial sessions
Track leads and sales activity in our system
Create a friendly, professional experience for students, parents, and guests
Handle check-ins, basic questions, and day-to-day member needs
Support billing questions, freezes, upgrades, and cancellations professionally
Maintain an organized, clean front desk and lobby area
Help keep the school running smoothly day-to-day
Maintain basic records (attendance, memberships, notes, follow-ups)
Coordinate communication around schedules, events, and updates
Assist with seminars, promotions, and special events as needed
Help create simple posts/stories for announcements, events, and community highlights
Capture occasional photos/videos (with permission)
Support a consistent, professional online presence
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and people skills (friendly, confident, professional)
Organized, dependable, and proactive (self-starter)
Comfortable with sales conversations and customer service
Basic tech skills (email, texting, scheduling tools; we will train you on our systems)
Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment
Preferred
BJJ experience is a plus, but not required
