Overseeing and managing escrow transactions
Conducting property closings
Handling necessary documentation
Working closely with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process
Providing exceptional customer service
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Closings and Escrow transactions--70%commercial and 30% residential
Experience as a Notary and familiarity with Residential Real Estate processes
Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to real estate transactions
Proficiency in using technology and escrow management software
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
We use Softpro
Preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses, such as a Notary Public commission, are beneficial
Additional education in related fields is a plus
